Participant Recruitment & Study Management Services (PRS)

Provides expertise, tools, and resources to recruit participants and execute study protocols for UCSF clinical research studies.

Goals

  • Assist investigators in overcoming study recruitment and operational challenges
  • Assist investigators in efficiently recruiting, screening, and enrolling participants into UCSF clinical research studies
  • Provide experienced coordinators to facilitate pre- and post-award study management
  • Provide regulatory support for CHR, institutional and sponsor submissions
  • Provide tools, education and outreach related to the recruitment of research participants and increase the pool of research volunteers
  • Raise awareness of UCSF as a leading institution for clinical research

Resources and Services

These services help researchers recruit participants and execute study protocols. There are four highly skilled teams specializing in administrative, clinical & regulatory coordination, marketing & outreach, and technical study support. All services are available to UCSF faculty, staff, students and affiliates on a recharge basis.
