Planning, Evaluation and Tracking Program (PET)

Services

The PET team works closely with other CTSI programs to support them in

  1. Articulating program goals
  2. Developing project plans
  3. Gauging progress against these plans
  4. Determining resource requirements
  5. Identifying obstacles to meeting goals

The vision of the PET group is to work hand in hand, and in partnership, with other programs to support them in achieving success.
