LINKAGES

Through our staff Navigators, we can offer you tailored support in searching for potential collaborators at UCSF, Kaiser Permanente, community clinical settings and in non-profits and health services institutions.

  • Use our online request form if you are a community representative, partner, clinician or researcher interested in linking with a UCSF researcher.
  • Use our online request form if you are UCSF Researcher interested in linking with a community partner.
  • Use our Kaiser Permanente request form if you are interested in linking with Kaiser Permanente.

We invite community clinicians to complete a brief survey to provide us with your contact information, practice characteristics, and other thoughts about your relationship with UCSF. We assure you that the information you send us is treated confidentially and will not be used for patient recruitment purposes; instead, we hope to use this Community Clinicians Resource Registry to build a network of engaged community partners to whom we can periodically send out information regarding research studies and potential collaborators that seem tailored to your practice.

RESOURCES

We offer an ever-expanding resource library that covers topics ranging from basic principles of community-engaged research to successful examples of community-engaged projects and links to useful instruments.
