New Protocol Onboarding

To request a cost estimate to establish on-going acquisition, sample processing or biobanking services, please complete a “New Protocol Support Request” through our iLab page. Please allow 14 business days lead time for onboarding new studies.

• You will be charged at our hourly rate for study onboarding (minimum 3 hours). This includes time for reviewing the lab manual or protocol, setting up the study in our database (MBioLIMs), meeting with the study team to coordinate logistics, preparing storage labels, ordering supplies, etc.
• Required Documents: 
  • Protocol / Proposal / Schedule of Events 
  • Lab Manual or synopsis of processing instructions 
  • IRB application/approval
