New Protocol Onboarding

To establish BSPL services, please follow the steps outlined below for the processing site you intend to utilize:

ALL SITES EXCEPT OAKLAND LAB: To request a service summary to establish BSPL services or for any questions about services and rates, please submit ALL requests using this FORM. Please allow 14 business days lead time for onboarding new studies.
- Required Documents for new request may include:
  - Protocol / Proposal / Schedule of Events
  - Lab Manual or synopsis of processing instructions

FOR OAKLAND LAB ONLY: To utilize Oakland BSPL services for sample processing, please submit ALL requests or questions using this FORM.
