Christian is the Senior Programs Administrator for the Clinical Research Informatics Postdoctoral Fellowship (CRISP), the Fellows Advancement Skills Training in Clinical Research (FAST-CaR) Program, the Resident Research Training Program (RRTP), the Stimulating Access to Research in Residency (StARR) Program, and the Yearlong Inquiry Program (YIP).

CRISP provides an opportunity for postdoctoral fellows to do a year or two of dedicated research in a variety of informatics disciplines.

FAST-CaR provides an opportunity for fellows to attend workshops centered around clinical research and share resources and networking possibilities.

RRTP presents residents with several resources and opportunities including the Designing Clinical Research course, the Resident Research Funding Program, and the Resident Research Travel Program.

StARR provides a yearlong opportunity for residents to work on an independent research project in any number of disciplines.

YIP provides a yearlong opportunity for clinical health professions students to pursue clinical and translational research as an additional year of pre-residency training.
