New Services Available for Clinical Study Recruitment

The UCSF Participant Recruitment Service (PRS) recently announced the availability of several services to further assist investigators at UCSF and affiliate institutions in recruiting participants to their clinical research studies.

New services include:

Recruitment Analysis & Planning: Services include the development of robust recruitment plans, including suggested strategies & costs.

Cohort Identification & Direct Mail: Identification and recruitment of cohorts from the inpatient EMR (UCare/THREDS/Apex) and the UCSF Research Participant Registry. The Registry collects self-reported health information from members of the general public who register to be contacted about future studies.

Recruitment Materials Toolkit: Includes a selection of professionally designed recruitment materials that can be customized and ordered online. Access is free, pay only for printing costs.
