Charge
The Clinical Trialist Advisory Committee (CTAC) was created to serve as institution-wide advisory board on clinical trials operations, providing the Office of Research with faculty and staff input on key topics and relevant to clinical trials activation and to program enhancements for clinical trials operations at UCSF. As a consensus-driven advisory body, CTAC discusses and provides input into workflow process, clinical research coordinator pools, investigator dashboards, participant recruitment systems at UCSF, among other clinical trials relevant topics. Membership on the CTAC is by nomination and invitation to faculty and staff, across all Schools, as well as partner institutions, including ZSFG and VA. Members must have adequate experience conducting clinical trials to speak to the trialist communities' needs.
