OAAIS & CTSI announce the launch of the Integrated Data Repository

OAAIS and the CTSI are pleased to announce the availability of our new research data service, the Integrated Data Repository (IDR). The IDR is a large scale database built to hold extensive clinical, life sciences and public data sets.

For the initial release, we will provide results for query requests on the CDC NHANES data, California 2008 projected demographics and the California Death Registry. In the near future, we will begin providing results from UCSF clinical systems, such as UCare, PICIS, STOR and Axium (School of Dentistry). We will also have the complete set of public OSHPD data available from the State of California.

The IDR is a professionally managed, highly secure service accessed through an investigator's account on the MyResearch portal.

To request data from the Integrated Data Repository, please contact Dr. Ketty Mobed.

To request an account on the MyResearch portal, please contact UCSF/OAAIS Customer Support at 514-4100, option 2.
